Elad Aharoni

VP, Customer Success at Anodot

Elad Aharoni is currently the VP of Customer Success at Anodot. Prior to this, they were the Director of Professional Services at Ex Libris from December 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they oversaw Ex Libris Mobile Solutions (SaaS) projects delivery and support as a member of the BU executive team. This included managing global groups of Technical Project Managers and multi-tier Support Analysts, owning customers life cycle milestones and activities, starting from contract signing, on-boarding and support, through adoption and retention.

Elad was also heavily involved on product delivery and support technical aspects, acting as the global managerial escalation point. Elad also worked closely with Product Management on getting the customer voice into the product while preserving high quality deliveries and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities included pipeline management and resource allocation for future opportunities, revenue forecast and recognition, finance alignment. Lastly, they supported Sales and Pre-sales remotely and onsite, allowing product utilization and service differentiation.

Elad Aharoni has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems and Services from Ono Academic College. Elad also has a certification from ITIL.

Elad Aharoni reports to Randy Jones, Chief Revenue Officer.
