Gefen Tal

Gefen Tal is a Support Engineer at Anodot, specializing in providing technical support and managing the ticketing system since October 2021. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to analyze and implement cost optimization actions across various cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Previously, Gefen served as a Support Analyst where customer feedback was analyzed to enhance product efficiency, and familiarity with customer use cases and product solutions was developed, particularly in industries like AdTech and Gaming. Prior military experience includes serving as a combat soldier and commander in the Caracal Battalion of the Israel Defense Forces from November 2012 to November 2015, training and leading at the platoon level. Gefen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, earned from 2018 to 2022.
