Dawn Wirtz

Dawn Wirtz is a seasoned design technology professional with extensive experience in building information modeling (BIM) and architectural design. Currently serving as the Design Technology Manager at TKDA since August 2021, Dawn also holds a position as an adjunct Architectural Instructor at Anoka Technical College, focusing on teaching Revit and AutoCAD. Previous roles include part-time BIM Manager at Trossen Wright and Plutowski Architects and Klein McCarthy Architects, where Dawn contributed to the development of Revit content and templates. Additional experience includes positions as a Structural Designer at AMEC and CAD/BIM Manager at Leo A Daly, as well as architectural design work at Lampert Architects. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Minnesota School of Business and an Associate of Science in Architectural Drafting & Design from Northwest Technical School.
