Alpana Jamadagni is an experienced Customer Support Engineer presently working at Anomali since August 2018, focusing on customer product adoption, technical support, and issue resolution for various cybersecurity products and integrations. Prior to this role, Alpana served as an Academic Tutor at Southern Methodist University, enhancing students' critical thinking and communication skills, and as a Student Web Developer for the Cox School of Business, where responsibilities included website design and support.
