Udit Tibrewal

Udit has more than 25 years of financial leadership and is recognized for his ability to help organizations build, scale, and create value. Udit’s extensive leadership has been instrumental in guiding publicly tranded, venture captial-backed and private equity-backed technology companies operate successfully to achieve their strategic objectives. Most recently, Udit was CFO for Arkose Labs. His tenure includes CFO at security and identity company SecureAuth, and SVP Finance of Sitecore, the global leader of context marketing management software. At Sitecore, he was instrumental in the $1.2 billion sale of the company. Additionally, he led the finance organization of ServiceSource (NASDAQ: SREV), guiding the leading B2B technology platform company to an initial public offering and secondary offering. He began his career in public accounting with the Big Four firm, PwC. Udit graduated from Delhi University in India. He is a CPA and Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
