Fergus Moroney

Fergus Moroney has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Fergus currently holds the position of EMEA Head of Sales at Anomalo, a role they took on in January 2023. Prior to this, they were a GTM Advisor at Anomalo from September 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Anomalo, Fergus served as the VP of Business Development at Workvivo from August 2021 to July 2022. Fergus also held the position of VP EMEA at Workato from January 2020 to July 2021. Fergus has extensive experience in sales, having served in various roles at Trifacta, including EMEA Sales from February 2018 to January 2020, and VP of Business Development from November 2014 to January 2018. Fergus was also the CEO of Data Scout, which was later acquired by Informatica, from September 2009 to September 2012. Fergus began their career as an Account Executive at Oracle from June 2008 to June 2009, followed by a role as an Account Executive at BEA Systems from January 2006 to August 2008. Fergus started their professional journey at Plumtree Software as a Presales & Consulting professional from November 1999 to December 2005.

Fergus Moroney completed their education at three institutions. From 1984 to 1990, they attended Sandford Park School. During this period, they did not earn a degree or major in any specific field. Afterward, from 1991 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies at Dublin City University, specializing in Business Studies. Following that, they attended Maynooth University from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a Higher Diploma in Information Technology.
