Shelley joined Anomaly at the beginning of 2019 to lead all our learning and development efforts across the network – from LA to Shanghai – ensuring that the DNA of Anomaly, our learnings from being a ‘change agent’ since 2004, and all the diverse expertise and experience our talent bring to the team are captured, shared, and instilled in all of us.
Previously, Shelley spent four years at the 4As, driving their educational efforts as Managing of Innovation, Learning & Development. And before that, she spent four years at Publicis Kaplan Thaler as an account lead on Coffee-mate, Crest, and Vick’s. She graduated from Syracuse with a dual focus in Marketing and Advertising.
