Heather McNeil

Heather McNeil has a diverse work experience in the cosmetic industry. Heather started their career as a Customer Happiness Associate at DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY in February 2018, where they provided personalized regimens and answered product inquiries for customers through various channels. Heather also handled online order fulfillment and returns, managed product shipments, and oversaw inventory planning to support e-commerce operations. In November 2019, they joined Aveda as an Advisor/FOH and worked there until August 2020. Heather'sresponsibilities included providing advisory services and customer support. Heather then worked as a Sales Ambassador at LUSH from November to December 2020. Following this, they worked as a Formulation Scientist at Capstone Rouge from January 2021 to May 2021. Currently, Heather is working at Anomera Inc as a Cosmetic Applications Scientist, starting from May 2021.

Heather McNeil obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Newmarket High School between 2009 and 2013. Heather then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry at Queen's University from 2013 to 2017. Later, in 2020 and 2021, Heather attended Seneca College, where they earned an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences.
