Marcus J. Moeltner

Marcus J. Moeltner is a Board Member at Anomera. Marcus was previously the VP Corporate Development & Planning at Rayonier Advanced Materials from January 2018 to June 2019. Marcus was responsible for leading the management of the Long Range Planning process & the company's M&A program including portfolio assessment.

From January 2005 to May 2008, Marcus was the VP Finance at Grant Forest Products. Marcus lead a team of 12 individuals with responsibility for cost analysis, risk management, treasury and taxation across six manufacturing units. Marcus played an integral role in bank financings to support expansion in South Carolina, USA and was responsible for integration of two new Greenfield operating facilities.

From July 2011 to December 2017, Marcus was the VP Business Development, CPA, CMA at Tembec. As direct report of CEO supported transformation plan, they completed numerous divestments to re-focus operating portfolio. Marcus was accountable for evaluation of acquisitions, divestments and other strategic transactions and coordinates working capital reduction plan to optimize key performance indicators such as DSO, DPI & DPO.

Marcus J. Moeltner is a CPA and CMA who graduated from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne with an HBComm in Business.
