Larry-James Schiavone

Larry-James Schiavone has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Larry-James started their career as a Process Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1986 and worked there until 1998. Larry-James then joined Vectron International in 2004, where they served as a Process Engineer and later as an SMT Operations Manager. Larry-James also worked as a Process Engineering Manager for Vectron International. In 2015, Larry-James moved to Knowles Corporation, where they held the positions of Operations Director for Vectron International and Plant Manager for Knowles Capacitors. In their roles at Knowles, they managed manufacturing operations, implemented yield improvement initiatives, and oversaw supply chain and quality issues. Larry-James joined Anoplate Corporation in 2018 as the Plant Manager and is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations.

Larry-James Schiavone completed their education with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University in 1996. Larry-James then pursued further education and obtained a Certificate in Lean Manufacturing from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2004. Additionally, Larry-James completed an Executive Management Program focused on International Negotiations and Management, without specified start or end years or the name of the institution.
