Johanna Sunden

Johanna Sunden currently serves as the Chief People and Communications Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Anora Group Plc, a leading wine and spirits brand house in the Nordics, since January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Sunden has held various leadership roles, including Board Member positions at NutraQ, Perident Ltd, and Orkla Health, where Sunden also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, managing a large international HR team. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Group Human Resources at Lindorff and HR&OD Director for the Wilhelmsen Group, where Sunden managed HR activities across multiple European countries. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Communications from Western Sydney University and certifications in coaching and strategic leadership from reputable institutions.
