Helen Redfern

Helen Redfern is currently working as the Chief People, Sustainability, and Communications Officer at Dowlais Group plc. Prior to their current role, Helen held positions such as Chief People Officer and Group HR Director at Kier Group. Helen also served as Head of HR at Wolseley and Bathstore, and as Lead HR Business Partner at Bathstore. Helen started their career at Sainsbury's as a Regional Lean Champion before moving on to become an HR & Training Manager. Helen began their HR journey at North Hertfordshire College in various HR roles. Helen holds a postgraduate Degree in HR from Goldsmith Management Centre.
