Gabriel Ciríaco

Gabriel Ciríaco has work experience in the field of Human Resources. Gabriel started their career as an Estagiário de DHO at GEOSOL Geologia e Sondagens S.A. in August 2021, where they worked until November 2021. Then, they joined Allugator as an Estagiário de People in December 2021, and stayed there until February 2022. Currently, Gabriel is working at Anota AI as an Assistente de R&S since July 2022. In this role, they are responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including profile briefings, job posting, candidate screening, scheduling, and test administration. Gabriel also contributes to meeting performance indicators, proposes creative strategies for talent attraction and selection, ensures a positive candidate experience, and participates in ongoing process improvement and project development.

Gabriel Ciríaco started their education journey in 2018 when they completed a course in Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional at Grupo Hermes Pardini. In 2019, they completed a course in Aprendizagem em Técnicas Básicas Varejistas at Espro. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Gestão de pessoas com ênfase em liderança organizacional (Fast MBA Lead – EAD) from Fast MBA and completed a course in Curso aprofundado de Coaching from Udemy Brasil. In 2021, Gabriel participated in a Mesa redonda: Como a ansiedade afeta os universitários at Faminas BH. Gabriel continued their education in 2022 by obtaining certifications in Tech Recruiting - começando rápido (Básico) from Udemy Brasil, Soft Skills e Hard Skills from Sólides Tecnologia, RH Ágil: desenvolvendo competências profissionais from Alura, and Liderança de Alta Performance from G4 Educação. In 2023, Gabriel obtained certifications in Agilidade: promovendo a transformação ágil from Alura, Produtividade Inteligente from Escola Conquer, and Formação RH 4.0: Digital Agile & Transforming Business Partner from Alura. Gabriel also completed a bachelor's degree in Psicologia at Centro Universitário FAMINAS from 2021 to 2025.
