Jonas Casarin has extensive work experience in various roles related to technology and sustainability.

Jonas is currently serving as the CEO of Anota AI since September 2018. Prior to this, they were the CEO of IGrow Digital, starting from March 2016.

Before entering the corporate sector, Jonas pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande - FURG. During their time at FURG, they worked as a researcher and developer in the Sapiens project, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in smart homes. Jonas utilized Nodejs, MongoDB (NoSQL), MQTT, and REST API technologies in their work, while also implementing persuasive technologies for optimizing consumption and behavioral change.

Jonas also worked as a Green IT Manager at AG2 Publicis Modem in 2013, where they implemented sustainable practices to optimize energy consumption, resulting in a 10% reduction in electricity usage for the company.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Jonas continued their education at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, where they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in Intelligent Automation and Robotics. Jonas began this program in 2014 and completed it in 2016.
