Andrea Persico

Andrea Persico has extensive experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Andrea first worked as a Staffing Manager at AT&T from 1997 to 1998, and then as a Recruiting Consultant at Aon Consulting from 1998 to 1999. Andrea then returned to AT&T in 1999 as an Assoc. Director/Sr. Staffing Manager, where they focused on hiring at all levels of the organization. In 2006, they joined Gap Inc. as a Regional Recruiter for a brief period. Later in 2006, they started their own company, Orion Recruiting, where they served as the President and specialized in recruiting in the Trading and Financial Services industries. Andrea was responsible for hiring various positions including developers, engineers, quants, traders, and sales professionals. In 2009, Andrea joined Anova Technologies as the Director of Operations, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Andrea Persico obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton. Andrea attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
