Alexandra Boulie

Alexandra Boulie has extensive experience in legal and public procurement roles, currently serving as the Responsable du pôle affaires juridiques et achats at ANRU since June 2023. In this position, Alexandra provides legal counsel in governance, urban planning, and public contracts while managing litigation related to service providers and fulfilling the role of Data Protection Officer. Prior to this, Alexandra worked at Elogie-Siemp for five years, overseeing public market management and providing legal assistance, and previously held the position of Juriste at ACOSS for over a decade, focusing on public procurement and real estate law. Alexandra began a legal career in public contracts at OPIEVOY and holds a DEA in public economic law from Université Paris 13.
