Janet Robb

Janet Robb is an experienced professional in customer enablement and business applications, currently serving as the Director of Customer Enablement at ANS Group. Janet has held various roles at Microsoft, including Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager for Business Applications, and Senior Change Management and User Adoption Consultant. Additionally, Janet contributes to the Dynamics 365 community as the country owner for Ireland and participates as a keynote speaker and presenter at Dynamics 365 Saturday events. Janet began their career as a Dynamics Adoption Specialist at JHR Contracting and has also worked as a Dynamics Technical Solutions Specialist at Microsoft. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University.
