Kern Peters currently serves as the Group IT ERP Lead at The ANSA McAL Group since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) system and leading a department that manages the full ERP lifecycle. Prior experience includes positions such as Solutions Architect, Workstream Lead, Operations Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst at Abel Building Solutions, contributing to the ARIA implementation team for Microsoft Dynamic AX and handling various aspects of ERP deployment. Kern's earlier career involved serving as an Analyst at Business Insight Limited and as a Service Provider at the Ministry of Public Administration and Information. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Finance from the University of the West Indies and an IMBA with a specialization in Finance from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
