Leeana M. Seebachan is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience at The ANSA McAL Group since March 2019, currently serving as Human Resources Lead for ANSA Polymer and acting HR Lead as of October 2023. Leeana has held various roles including Sector Human Resources Coordinator for the Manufacturing Sector and Human Resources Coordinator at ANSA Polymer, recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP-SuccessFactors and leading its implementation across the manufacturing domain.
