Natasha Farah FCCA has a solid work experience in finance and accounting. Natasha is currently the Head of Finance And Administration at The ANSA McAL Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Management Accountant at the same company from June 2021 to March 2023. Before their role as Senior Management Accountant, they served as a Senior Finance Analyst from October 2014 to May 2021, where they handled IFRS compliant Group Consolidation for 60 companies and evaluated monthly Group business performance reporting.
Prior to joining The ANSA McAL Group, Natasha worked at Digicel Group, where they served as an Accounting Manager from May 2013 to September 2014. In this role, they managed accounts payables, intercompany transactions, and OPEX/CAPEX functions. Natasha also monitored and reported on key departmental trends and co-ordinated monthly CAPEX Tracker review meetings. Before becoming an Accounting Manager, Natasha was a Financial Accountant at Digicel Group from November 2010 to May 2013.
Natasha started their career at Guardian Group Trinidad and Tobago, where they held various roles. Natasha was a Junior Accountant from April 2008 to October 2010, and an Accounting Assistant from July 2001 to April 2008.
Overall, Natasha has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, and managing departmental functions.
Natasha Farah FCCA holds a Fellow certification from ACCA. Natasha completed the Advanced Diploma Program in Certified Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection at the International Forensics & Business Institute from 2010 to 2011, where their field of study was Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation. From 2002 to 2008, they attended the Students Accountancy Centre and obtained a degree in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Additionally, Natasha Farah has obtained several additional certifications, including Corporate Financial Modelling: Setting up Financial Models from accountingcpd in May 2021, Cyber Security: The Role of Finance Leaders from ACCA in April 2021, Business Process Re-engineering from SBCS - Global Learning Institute in January 2021, Certificate in Digital Innovation for Finance (CertDIF) from accountingcpd in October 2020, Robotics in Finance: The Future from ACCA in June 2020, and Excel: Creating a Basic Dashboard from LinkedIn in May 2020.
