Guglielmo Mantero

Guglielmo Mantero has extensive experience in demand planning and operations management within the energy and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Demand Planning at Ansaldo Energia since February 2021, Guglielmo leads a team focused on enhancing forecasting accuracy and optimizing inventory levels while implementing advanced S&OP strategies. Previous roles include Demand Planner and Master Planner at Ansaldo Energia, where Guglielmo developed demand forecasts and managed production planning. Guglielmo's earlier experience includes leadership positions at ABB, overseeing workshop operations and service coordination for technical support, and an analyst role at SupplHi developing product categories for the Oil and Gas industry. Guglielmo holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova and a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University.
