Paolo Stanchi

Paolo Stanchi has over 17 years of experience in service engineering at Ansaldo Energia, currently serving as Head of Bid & Excellence and previously holding positions such as AE/V Gas Turbine Product Manager and Improvement Project Manager. Responsibilities include analysis and planning for research and development projects, technology solution identification, and skill transfer through training. Prior to this, Paolo completed a research grant at Università degli Studi di Genova focused on non-destructive testing and an internship in service engineering. Early career experience includes roles at Michelin and CAEL, contributing to knowledge in testing and system verification. Paolo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
