Simone Di Felice

Simone Di Felice, born in 1972, graduated with honors in Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome. In 1998, he began his career in the automotive world at Nissan, where he held various roles, until 2001. After two years as Head of the Treasury Department of the GRTN S.p.A. Group - National Transmission Network Operator, in 2003 he joined the Astaldi Group, where he assumed increasing responsibilities, also as CFO of a subsidiary, until becoming the group’s CFO in 2017. From the end of 2018, he actively contributed to the implementation of the restructuring process of the company and its subsequent integration within the WeBuild group. Since 2021, he held the position of Head of Treasury, Financial Planning and Reporting of the WeBuild Group. Since September 2022 he has been Chief Restructuring Officer of the Ansaldo Energia Group.
