Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is currently a Strategic Risk Manager at Ansay & Associates. Prior to that, they were a Regional Marketing Manager responsible for execution of regional growth oriented marketing plans at QBE North America from May 1993 to May 2005. Mike was also responsible for increasing market share with assigned agencies and brokers throughout Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. In addition to increasing new business production, they were also charged with finding new sources of profitable business through developing new agent/broker relationships and uncovering cross sell opportunities with other business segments.

Before joining QBE North America, Mike worked as a Commercial Underwriter at Sentry Insurance from May 1991 to May 1993. Their responsibilities included profitable growth of Property/Casualty and Workers Compensation small businesses through proper classification and pricing of risks within assigned Missouri, Minnesota and Wisconsin territory. Mike also worked closely with actuaries, risk and claims managers to ensure balance between attracting and retaining customers through competitive insurance premiums and being able to cover any potential losses from claims.
