Damon Richardson

Damon Richardson is the Vice President of Operations at Ansell, overseeing manufacturing, sourcing, and quality assurance for the disposal glove division. Prior to their current role, Damon held various leadership positions in sourcing and manufacturing at BarrierSafe Solutions International and Microflex. Damon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
