Ganavel Dorai Rethinam

Ganavel Dorai Rethinam holds an MBA and an MSc in Electrical Systems Design Engineering and possesses extensive experience in project management, engineering, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of the Industrial Glove Business Unit Project Management Office at Ansell, Ganavel leads global operations projects with a focus on factory capacity optimization and continuous improvement. Previously, Ganavel held roles at Motorola Solutions as Program Management Lead and Project Lead in electrical engineering, and as Project Manager at BBS Automation, demonstrating a strong background in energy solutions and turnkey projects. Early career experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineer at Benchmark Electronics. Ganavel has a solid educational foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, complemented by advanced degrees from Universiti Sains Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Additionally, Ganavel holds certifications in Project Management (PMP®) and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB).
