Kirula Pramod Rathnayake

Kirula Pramod Rathnayake is a Mechatronics Engineer at Ansell since May 2025, with a strong background in mechanical design and machine development, including projects such as a Bubble Popping Machine and a Conveyor Guard System. Previous leadership experience includes serving as President of the Leo Club of Uva Wellassa University, where Kirula managed over 1,000 members and coordinated community service and leadership initiatives. Additionally, Kirula served as Former Assistant Editor for the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society at Uva Wellassa University, fostering connections within the global technical community. Kirula also held the role of Region Head for Leo District 306 C2 Sri Lanka and gained practical chemical management experience as a Laboratory Assistant at ATG® - Intelligent Glove Solutions. Kirula holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Science and Technology with a specialization in Mechatronics from Uva Wellassa University.
