Sharad Deshpande

Sharad Deshpande has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sharad is currently the Vice President - Products at ANSR, where they focus on building scalable and secure platforms for talent engagement and management. Before joining ANSR, Sharad was the Founder & CEO of ValueLink Technologies, where they created a new HR Tech platform called hrEntries that leveraged advanced people analytics. Sharad also served as the Vice President Solutions at Rain Autonomics from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Sharad held the position of Head, Product Management - International Business at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they led the product management effort to facilitate expansion and growth across multiple countries. Sharad also served as the Head of Product Marketing at Aris Global, where they managed and drove the strategic marketing function for a portfolio of over 20 products and services. Sharad has a significant background in product engineering and marketing, having worked as a Senior Product Engineering & Marketing Manager at IBM and as a Delivery Manager at UGS. Sharad started their career as a Software Engineer at Geometric Software Solutions.

Sharad Deshpande completed their B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
