David Walter

David Walter is an experienced professional in project management and construction, currently serving as an Associate Director at Anstey Horne since April 2023. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Willmott Dixon, including Framework Manager and Bid Manager, from February 2017 to March 2023. At the London Borough of Camden, from March 2010 to January 2017, David worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, overseeing capital investment programmes and construction projects related to educational facilities. David's earlier experience includes roles at Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, where project management support was provided for a significant PFI programme, and at Louise Ellman MP, where responsibilities included research and constituency casework.
