Heidi Serrano

Heidi Serrano is a Senior Surveyor at Anstey Horne since March 2023, previously working as a Rights of Light specialist at Anderson Wilde & Harris from October 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, Heidi served as a Content Writer and Reporter at New Perspective Media Group in 2018-2019, where responsibilities included content creation and social media marketing, as well as writing for The Filipino Times. In 2017-2018, Heidi worked as a Technical Assistant at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines, supporting the agency’s Information Officers. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines (2013-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution (2010-2013).
