Kevin Fagan

Kevin Fagan is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction and building consultancy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Sedgwick since September 2025, Fagan's career includes previous roles as an Executive Quantity Surveyor at both Altus Group and Genus Advisory, as well as Senior Quantity Surveyor positions at CRD Building Consultants and Engineers and Altus Group. Fagan has a solid foundation in quantity surveying, having also worked as a Quantity Surveyor with Donald Cant Watts Corke and Land and Housing Corporation, and as an Estimator with Caine Construction Joinery and Building Contractors. Educationally, Fagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
