Megan Sauter

Megan Sauter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Megan began their career at Arizona State University as a Researcher in the Spatial Cognition Lab, where they designed and conducted experiments on children's map learning. During their time there, Megan presented their findings at a professional conference and received an honorable mention award. Megan then joined the American Journal of Orthopsychiatry as an Editorial Assistant, overseeing the review process for a multidisciplinary journal on mental health and human development. Megan streamlined the review process and maintained a database of potential reviewers.

Following that, Megan worked at the Spatial Intelligence Learning Center as a Student Representative. In this role, they connected students and post-doc members using online networking tools and analyzed survey data to improve the student experience.

Megan Sauter holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology with a specialization in cognitive science, which they obtained from Northwestern University. Megan completed their doctoral studies from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an M.A. in Cognitive Psychology also from Northwestern University between 2006 and 2008. Megan Sauter's undergraduate education was pursued at Arizona State University, where they obtained a B.A. degree in Psychology and English Literature from 2002 to 2006.
