Adam Dreyfus has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Adam began their career as a Producer at KRON/Bay-TV in 1999. In 2004, they became a Booking Manager at TechTV. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an ABA Therapist at Behavioral Development & Education Services. Adam then moved to Columbia University in the City of New York, where they worked as a Verbal Behavior Teacher at the Fred S. Keller School from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Technical Assistant Associate at Virginia Commonwealth University. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, they worked as the Director of the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism at St. Joseph's Villa. In 2016, they became the Chief Science Officer at AnswersNow, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's decision-tree algorithms, as well as the clinical architecture of the platform's response methodology and design of the clinical LMS.

Adam Dreyfus obtained a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended the University of Connecticut from 2006 to 2007 and obtained a degree in Child Development & Language. Lastly, they attended Dominican University of California between 2001 and 2003, studying Child Psychology.
