Elizabeth Monaco

Elizabeth (Ellie) Monaco possesses extensive experience in employee experience, talent management, and organizational development, with a notable tenure at Ansys as Head of Employee Experience from March 2020 to December 2023, where an award-winning employee experience strategy was developed. Prior to this, Elizabeth served in senior roles at Carnegie Mellon University, including Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development, leading digital transformation initiatives within the HR department, and Director of Learning and Performance, where a robust learning function was established. Additional experience includes senior management positions at EDMC and UCLA, focusing on executive development and leadership programs. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Education from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and is a Certified Leadership Coach for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
