Hongdi Lai

Hongdi Lai is a Senior R&D Software Engineer at Ansys since September 2022, previously serving as R&D Software Engineer II. Prior experience includes roles at DHI from September 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed the development of a DEM data downscaling tool, automated hydraulic simulation tools in C#, and a dynamic sewerage cleaning scheduler using Python. Additional experience includes software development at Université Côte d'Azur, focusing on a mobile application for visualizing flood data, data engineering at the National University of Singapore for catastrophic data analysis, and software engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology, where work involved optimization of an amphibious robot and a distributed system for remote experiments.
