Kelvin Qin

Kelvin Qin serves as the Technical Account Manager at Ansys since May 2021, focusing on making simulation accessible for engineers and specializing in areas such as 5G/6G physical layer modeling and AI-powered simulation. Prior to this, Kelvin led the 5G Programme as Global Head at GSMA from August 2012 to July 2020, overseeing projects related to Industry 4.0 and network services. Between January 2008 and September 2012, Kelvin was the Director of Mobile Device at a start-up, responsible for app development across mobile platforms. Additionally, Kelvin held various technical, product management, and pre-sales roles at Motorola, Samsung, and Huawei from January 2000 to January 2008. Kelvin earned a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Dalian University of Technology between 1994 and 2001.
