Maurice Saldivar

Maurice Saldivar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and microservices architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Python Engineer at Pantheon Platform since July 2022, Maurice is responsible for writing high-performance code, designing microservices, and enhancing developer tools. Previously, as a Senior Backend Engineer at Pluralsight, Maurice successfully refactored a monolith Django application into microservices and developed large-scale REST APIs. Maurice's career also includes roles at NetApp as a Software Development Engineer in Test and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where leadership in software maintenance and engineering ensured the reliability of enterprise solutions. With a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Utah State University, Maurice has also contributed to mentoring junior engineers and interns throughout the professional journey.
