Somenath Chatterjee

Somenath Chatterjee is a highly experienced Computational Fluid Dynamics Engineer with a career spanning over a decade in various prestigious organizations. Currently employed at Ansys since May 2025, Somenath leads technical engagements in sectors such as oil and gas, metal and mineral, and defense, focusing on simulation adoption and developing proof of concept studies for combustion, heat transfer, and multiphase applications. Prior to this role, Somenath worked at Ozen Engineering, Inc. and Ansys, contributing significantly to simulation technologies and industry-specific solutions.
