Elaine Ho

Elaine Ho 何嘉倪 currently serves as the Head of Global Online Business Legal at Ant Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Elaine held significant legal positions including Head of APAC Legal and Compliance at LiquidX, Associate General Counsel at Bunge, and Lawyer at Jones Day. Additional experience includes working as a Lawyer at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, White & Case LLP, and Rajah & Tann Asia, focusing on areas such as bank finance, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory. Elaine's educational background includes a Master of Laws in International Corporate and Commercial Law from King's College London, an LLB from the National University of Singapore, and a Master of Education from Monash University.
