Yuan Shao

Yuan Shao is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital technologies, currently serving as General Manager for the Customer Success Business Unit at Ant Group since September 2023. Previously, Yuan held the role of Director at Agora from October 2021 to September 2023, focusing on enhancing real-time engagement. A significant tenure at Microsoft from March 2009 to October 2021 included positions such as Director of Cloud Solution Architects, where responsibilities encompassed driving cloud growth and overseeing technical delivery for Azure services in China. Additional roles at Microsoft featured management of modern application service delivery and field engineering across Greater China and Korea. Prior experience includes leading SQL Database Administration for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and a development role in SQL/Business Intelligence at Microsoft Corporation.
