Yan Guo

Yan Guo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation at ANTA Sports Products Limited since September 2018, Yan Guo has successfully set digital transformation targets, evaluated digital capacities, and designed comprehensive digital strategies. Previously, as the CIO of Wanda Kids Place and GM of IT Duty for Dalian Wanda Group from November 2013 to August 2018, Yan Guo oversaw IT for various business units, demonstrating expertise in building large IT structures. Prior experience at IBM from March 2004 to November 2013 included roles as Senior Development Manager and Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer, focusing on product development and project leadership. Yan Guo's career began at Huajian Group, serving as Technique Lead and Project Manager. Yan Guo holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
