Iman Gamal

Iman Gamal has a diverse work experience in the medical and healthcare industry. In 2006, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate at AstraZeneca. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology in the Middle East and Africa Region at Amgen. They then worked as the Medical Manager for AbbVie Products at Abbott/AbbVie Products from 2013 to 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they held various positions at Takeda, including Director of Medical Affairs and Associate Director of Medical Affairs. In 2019, they worked as a Medical Affairs Consultant at Intellect Middle East, and since 2020, they have been working as the Head of Medical and Healthcare Practice for Executive Search and Recruitment at Antal International.

Iman Gamal earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from Ain Shams University in 1989. Iman then pursued further education in the field of oncology, obtaining a Diplôme Interuniversitaire (DIS) in Medical Oncology from Université Paris 13 (Paris Nord) in 1997 and a Diplôme Universitaire (DU) in Clinical Oncology from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 1996.
