Leticia de la Herrán Gascón

Leticia de la Herrán Gascón has extensive work experience in various roles. Leticia started their career with Securitas Direct in 1993 as a Sales Manager, where they worked until April 2000. Leticia then joined Antal International Spain as a Sales Consultant from May 2000 to July 2001. Leticia joined Antal International in November 2001, where they started as a Managing Director, handling national and international agreements, coordinating projects, and supervising searches and projects. Leticia was later promoted to the role of Sales & Operations Director, responsible for coordinating sales and operations in Spain, Mexico, Germany, Italy, and Benelux. Leticia held this position until August 2015. Throughout their career, Leticia has gained extensive experience in problem-solving, providing support in labor and legal matters for the company and its personnel.

Leticia de la Herrán Gascón is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a program they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2021. Prior to this, they attended CENP from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Marketing. In 1988, Leticia briefly attended CEU San Pablo, and from 1975 to 1988, they completed their Preescolar, EGB, and BUP education at Sagrados Corazones Padre Damian- El Paraiso.
