Shakti Padhiary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management and development, currently serving as the Head of Business Management at Antara Senior Care since April 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing business performance and operational efficiency for assisted care services in Bangalore. Previously, Shakti was the Regional Head (P&L) at 2050 Healthcare, contributing to the establishment and operational expansion of a new Out of Hospital Care Provider Facility. Earlier career roles include managing international sales and business development at Sobha Ltd. and 360 Realtors LLP, along with supply chain and logistics at Gati Limited. Shakti holds an MBA in Marketing and Sales from Alliance University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute.
