Vaibhav Dubey has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Vaibhav currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Head of Community Operations at Antara Senior Care since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Tulah in KEF Holdings from April 2022 to January 2023.
From 2014 to 2021, Vaibhav held multiple positions at Vana, Dehradun, India. Vaibhav served as the Managing Director/Executive Director of Vana/Vana Ventures/Vanavastr from August 2017 to September 2021. Before that, they were a Retreat Director and Manager, and also served as a Front Office Manager during their initial tenure with the company.
Before joining Vana, Vaibhav worked as a Front Office Manager at Alila Bangalore Hotel And Residence from November 2013 to July 2014. Vaibhav also held the position of Assistant Front Office Manager from November 2012 to October 2013.
Prior to Alila, Vaibhav worked at The Claridges Surajkund, where they served as a Duty Manager from October 2011 to November 2012. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager Front Office and a Front Office Supervisor at the same company from April 2010 to September 2011 and December 2008 to March 2010, respectively.
Vaibhav began their career as a Guest Service Associate at The Oberoi Amarvilas from July 2006 to December 2008. Vaibhav also gained experience as an Intern at Taj Hari Mahal from October 2004 to March 2005.
Vaibhav Dubey completed their Executive MBA in Business Strategy and Leadership from the Indian School of Business in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management from 2003 to 2006.
