Janaka took a career break to travel the world after resigning from AvePoint, demonstrating a commitment to personal growth and life experiences. With a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate from Deakin University, Janaka has experience in sales, account executive roles, and business development. At Antares Solutions, Janaka serves as the Practice Manager for Modern Work, overseeing practice strategy, resourcing, and customer and partner engagement.
