Cynthia Patterson

Cynthia Patterson is an accomplished leader in the veterinary support industry, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support for Antech Diagnostics since June 2021, where executive direction is provided to customer-facing support teams across North America. Prior to this role, Cynthia was Vice President of Customer Care at Heska, overseeing post-sale support teams and striving for excellence in diagnostics customer support. With extensive experience at Zoetis Inc. as both a Senior Regional Strategic Veterinarian and Senior Professional Services Veterinarian, Cynthia contributed to customer service and educational initiatives. Earlier positions include serving as Medical Director at Lone Tree Veterinary Medical Center and Lead Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital. Cynthia holds a DVM and an MBA from Colorado State University.
