Shupi Zhang

Shupi Zhang is the Vice President of Customer Support for Boeing, responsible for the greater China region and ensuring strong customer relationships while overseeing post-delivery technical support. With extensive experience in aviation, Shupi Zhang previously served as Regional Director for Boeing/Jeppesen in the APAC/India region, leading a multinational sales team. Prior roles at Boeing included Regional Manager focusing on type certification and operational evaluation in Mainland China, as well as engineering positions addressing flight operations issues. Shupi Zhang's career began at China Southern Airlines as a Performance Engineer and Dispatcher. Educational credentials include an MBA from Peking University, a Master's in Civil Law from China University of Political Science and Law, and a Bachelor's in Meteorology from Nanjing Institute of Meteorology.
