Eileen Norton

Eileen Norton is an accomplished sales and commercial operations executive with extensive experience in leading growth initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. At Antech Diagnostics from May 2022 to January 2025, Eileen contributed as Vice President of Sales and Commercial Ops, expanding the role to include Inside Sales Demand Generation and establishing a new Customer Success function. Prior to this, Eileen held multiple leadership positions at IBM from January 2017 to April 2021, including Vice President of Customer Growth, Sales Enablement & Training, and Global Marketing Director for Watson Health Life Sciences. Eileen's early career includes impactful roles at The College Board and the University of Pennsylvania, where strategic insights and communication skills were developed. Eileen holds a B.A. in International Relations, Consumer Psychology & Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania.
