The man that started Antech Systems, Inc. in 1990, Mike Anderson, believed that a company should be an umbrella for talented people to pursue their passions. Decades later this belief is still the driving force behind the company. Our goal is to create a work culture that inspires people to accomplish great things & to develop incredible software products & web solutions for our customers. To that end, the company motto is “Family, Fun, Profit.”

Profit is obvious, but we believe that if we care about our employees as people, support their professional & personal needs, profit is a natural extension of that culture.

By following this motto, the company has grown from two people working in a room over a garage to a corporation with two divisions that supports 140+ employees & their families. 

Our Government services division, Antech, develops custom software applications & tools that cut costs for the Navy, save lives & increase efficiency. Antech revolutionizes the planned maintenance system, streamlines how data is authored, processed & published; & teaches skills that save lives & money through simulation based training.

Our Commercial services division, Digital Wave, develops websites & mobile apps for higher ed, not-for-profit & the medical industry. Digital Wave designs engaging user experiences that connect people & information & delivers rock-solid solutions, solving problems with a killer combo of talented people & a well-stocked technical toolbox.

Our Products division created CustomViewbook, an online lead-generation solution for higher ed; & maintenance management software called Gusto. We have also developed a low-cost, highly customizable website solution for higher ed called Lectronimo.
